Alicia Smith is the best!! She not only informed me about a great job opening, she stayed up to date with me as well as the people I were interviewing with. She always sent me the necessary details as well as some great tips for the interviews! The whole process went seamlessly due to her professional etiquette as well as down to earth personality. If she reaches out to you for a job just know she won’t steer you wrong, and if everybody in her company is like her then you know you’re in good hands! I’d give 10 stars if that was an option!

Prior to working with Mike Bender and his team, I had been working primarily with another recruiting company with limited success. We were looking to hire a sales representative and a customer service representative at the time and could not get any traction. He always communicated with me where the company was with my application, he pushed for interviews, and set them up on my behalf.
